Thank you! I look forward to hearing from you,

The beginning of a movement...
If a Pooch Can Do It
Yesterday I received, via email, a video of a dog that had been
trained to burst balloons. Now, that could be a metaphor for
bringing one's dreams to a screeching halt. Instead I chose to see
it as a exercise in patience, determination and taking one's dream a
step at a time to its hard-earned and well-deserved final goal. I
urge you to please click on the link and see this pooch as he
attacks (literally) the work in front of him. This little dog has
much to teach us about tenacity, patience and focus.

EMAILS
I've been receiving some amazing emails lately and would love to
share them with you:
This came from a woman in Michigan who is on the board of the Red
Tent Community. I highly recommend you check out the site she
includes in her email:
"Hello C J,
I heard you on Lime Radio today and was inspired by your message. I
am definitely going to read your book. What I think is so important
is that I have been living happily with myself aging and want to
share it with all my women friends who are still afraid to wear a
swimsuit in front of those who love them. On another note, I am a
board member of a non-profit organization in Kalamazoo Michigan, The
Red Tent Community. The main program we have at this time is called
Girls In The Wild. It's a is an innovative summer program for teen
girls ages 11 – 18. The teen years mark a “rite of passage” from
childhood to womanhood, which tribal cultures have celebrated for
centuries. We offer this transformative program to the young women
in our communities so that they can emerge from their Girls in the
Wild journey stronger than they were before. Stronger means:
self-confident, informed, courageous, intuitive, and empowered with
the ability to make wise decisions for themselves. A staff to
participant ratio of 1 to 3 ensures that every girl is heard, cared
for, and included.
I've included our website for you.

My hope is that we can build a relationship that would benefit both
of our missions and inspire women and girls everywhere.
Thank you for your time."

And this from Jenny:
"OMG CJ you have no idea what your book has done to me. I work for
Susan G Komen for the Cure so when you donated your book The Tao of
the Defiant Woman you changed my life. I had to read the book it
kept calling my name. So so good. I brought a copy to my BFF she
read it and we had to do it. We got the symbol tattoed on our backs.
It was the best gift to self for my 30th birthday!!! Awesome!!!"
